Hi friends. I am excited about all of the positive feedback with regards to our memory verse challenge. I hope you {and your families} are enjoying this as much as we are!
While today is Sunday and I would typically be sharing our verse for this next week, I’ve decided to hold off until tomorrow for two reasons.
1. Family first :: When I started blogging regularly, I told myself that I wanted my weekends to be “free”. This means allowing myself the freedom not to blog. Freedom to keep my computer closed {gasp…is that even possible these days?}. I’ve had a hard time maintaining this so-called freedom.
2. My mental calendar :: I know the calendar week starts on Sunday, but that is still my weekend. Come Monday, my brain is in gear, my feet hit the ground running and I am ready to tackle the week ahead.
With those reasons in mind I’ve decided to introduce Memory Verse Monday!
